What is working at Blair like?

We are a small dedicated team united by the mission to create better student financing solutions. Our communcation style is rather informal and we believe in transparency and openness. We give everyone the resources they need to succeed, whether it is access to coaching, the right tools or being connected to experts in their fields. We are low ego, cherish openness and ownership and believe that the best ideas should win, regardless of your seniority.

What drives our team?

We want to solve big problems and we want to do it with people we like. We think that access to education is one of the greatest barriers for socioeconomic mobility. We believe in the idea of merit rather than financial background and want to empower everybody to pursue the education they need and deserve.

What makes us unique?

We are an international team with professional experience across many different countries and companies ranging from Stripe, Google and Uber to international NGOs and traditional Finance companies. We are operating in an industry that is dominated by incumbent companies and outdated technology. We deeply believe that the current system is flawed and that it can be changed for the better.
